The brook is open so we have to use our "muck boots" to cross the brook.
We have to snowshoe to the brook, remove our snowshoes, wade across the brook, put on our snowshoes and hike across the field to the forest.
The snow is packed down which makes the snowshoeing easy.

We found a stranger in the woods.
Was it the City Slicker or the Ent?

Did the city slicker get lost in the Maine Woods?

I would have to say that ents are a natural occurence in your woods. The city slicker, however is very uncommon. Hope the ent didn't think he was an orc...
Do Ents eat city slickers? Sounds scary.

The city slicker looks very much at home with the ent. No worry about being eaten.
